Refund policy

Our purpose is to guarantee your full satisfaction. If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

To start a return, please contact us at and we will tell you how and where to send your package. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to exercise your right to return the purchased item. 

We ask that items are returned clean, unworn and with all their tags attached. Of course any product with manufacturing defects can be returned. Any non-defective items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged), will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. We recommend using a trackable service for your refund, for we cannot take responsibility for possible lost packages on their way to us.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like customised and personalised products. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items except in case of manufacturing defects.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
